2011 the 28th In Okinawa

The 28th International Symposium on Space Technology and Science (28th ISTS) was held from June 5 through June 12, 2011, at Okinawa Convention Center in Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture under the main theme of “Exploring Humans, Earth and Space” - the quest begins in the island of peace Okinawa - .

Prof. Yoshihiro Arakawa, the University of Tokyo was the General Chairman of the Organizing Committee. At the symposium, 881 participants including 91 from abroad registered and 676 papers were presented.
